Only if you change the code of xpdf you will need to erlase that! If you don’t link to the GPL code you should be fine. If the GPL code already resides in a DLL, please look into the license. Use comments to ask for more information or suggest improvements.

Avoid answering questions in comments. PDFSharp that includes PDF to Tiff or Jpg or Bmp or even Png conversion. And here is a link to export JPEG from PDF file. Great solution not sure why this hasn’t gotten more upvotes.
